In the newly founded Department of Pediatric Immunology and Rheumatology of the Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine of the University Hospital Bonn, the following two full-time (38.5 hours/week)/part-time positions are to be filled as of 01.02.2025:
Due to the new establishment of the department, the positions are to be filled for a limited period of two years with the option of extension.
Prof. Kaan Boztug is the newly recruited Clinical Director of the Department of Pediatric Immunology and Rheumatology at the University Hospital of Bonn and Principal Investigator of an ERC Consolidator grant (iDysChart), integrating basic research into mechanisms of immune dysregulation and clinical translation. The Boztug lab has a focus on deciphering the molecular origin of inborn errors of immunity and is integrated within the Excellence Cluster
ImmunoSensation2.
The Boztug lab is looking for two experienced and motivated Technical Assistants (MTA). In this key role, you will support our ongoing scientific research projects, particularly third-party funded initiatives, and work closely with the Director on both strategic and operational levels.
