By leading the Global Commissioning Team, you will play an essential part in the success of the Global Systems F&B group and help the company to provide customers with the individual solutions to their challenges and realizing projects.

This position is part of Global Systems F&B and will be located in Germany - Remote.

Global Commissioning Leader F&B

Activities and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop and lead the Global Commissioning Team.
Own capacity planning, budgeting, staff development and succession planning.
Ensure global process standards for quoting tools and methods are in place and updated to enable continuous improvement.
Ensure Site works are executed safely according to customer specifications.
Develop lean and standardized global processes for systems commissioning, within the framework of specified objectives, further develop and optimize them together with a global team and collaborative disciplines and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with economic goals and technical standards, as well as customer specification. Assess and evaluate risks, create mitigation plan as well as time and economic dimensions.
Lead, innovate and develop a global team of commissioning engineers/technicians to be World Class in sector aligning vision with Palls strategic plan and F&B systems initiatives.
Drive quality initiatives to track and improve team productivity.
Collaborate with cross functions to lead trouble shooting activities on site and to drive engineering level improvements.

Qualification profile

The essential requirements of the job include:

Excellent communication, both written and oral, skills. Excellent intercultural skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, in addition to being results oriented, creative and self-motivated are required.
Excellent English skills are must, Willingness to travel (50 %) and work unsocial hours.

Qualifications/Education:

BE/BSc (Process/Chemical/Mechanical/Automation or local Equivalent).
Candidate with overall experience of atleast 5 yrs within liquid Food & Beverage / FMCG manufacturing coupled with commercial acumen on a project level (Techno-Commercial) and proven leadership capability.
Long standing of functional experience in an engineering or technical team. Proven ability in Process Engineering / Beverage Technology / R&D, of equipment used in Food & Beverage manufacturing in an EPC company.
Experience in commissioning of capital investment projects.
Knowledge in PLC Programming, (Siemens, Rockwell), Instrumentation, Parameterization of modern systems, Fault finding.
Proven track record of successfully executed various complex systems projects within Food & Beverage industry or equivalent.
Knowledge and understanding of the current industry guidelines for designing, manufacturing, testing and validation / documenting Food & Beverage process equipment would be an added advantage.
Language skills; English is the primary Pall (Danaher) business language. 2nd language (Spanish / Portuguese) can be an added advantage.
